2. Reason for No Refunds

Our products are digital access to educational content that is delivered immediately (or within a short delay) upon payment confirmation. Once access to the course material is provided, we cannot retrieve or reverse the delivery of digital content, which is why we do not offer refunds.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

• Technical failure to deliver the course access (confirmed by our support team)
• Duplicate payment for the same course (verified via order records)

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase at [abcfixit@outlook.com] with your order ID and proof of issue. Refund requests after 48 hours will not be processed.
